Homemade "Frosty" Ice Cream
½ gallon of chocolate milk
1 small container of cool whip
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Small container of whipping cream
Mix condensed milk, whipping cream, cool whip together. Put in ice cream churn and pour chocolate milk over mixture
